Creamy Chicken sauce
Ingredients For the Chicken Marinade
· 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
· 1/4 cup of fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
· 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
· 2 cloves of garlic, minced
· 2 tablespoons of olive oil
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Fresh tarragon leaves
· Lemon wedges
Marinating the Chicken
To start, mix the chopped tarragon, plain yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, soya sauce and pepper in a bowl. Place the chicken breasts in a resalable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Cooking the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Remove the chicken from the marinade and sear it on both sides until it’s nicely browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Serving Your Masterpiece
Carefully transfer the creamy marinated tarragon chicken to serving plates. Garnish with fresh tarragon leaves and lemon wedges.
